RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange applies for 30 calendar days after purchase.

The item must be unused and be in the same original condition as it was delivered and packaged.

We do not accept worn, damage, washed with an odour, dirty, altered and the tag should be intact. We replace for incorrect sizes or flaws on the fabric and will be replaced with the correct size and the proof of receipt will be required.  If 30 days have gone unfortunately we cannot refund cash, make sure you read returns, refunds and exchange policy. Once your return for refund is received and inspected, we send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and credited only returning before 30 days period. If you have been rejected the items will be send back to you.

Sale items cannot be refunded but can be returned for a credit note, and must be in good condition and with the correct packaging may be exchanged for different items not for cash.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within one hour of purchase. Cancellation of dispatched orders will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the sale price.

You can only cancel the order before we have begun manufacturing the item for you to avoid penalties

PRE ORDER

Our pre order can take 5 to 15 days excluding weekends from the time of manufacturing, packaging and delivery to your door or preferred location. We only produce garments according to order requests and we do not keep excess stock.

Your order will only become complete once we have received your payment and will inform you of the next steps.
