What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an invoice via your email, you could also view your order on your account page.

Your parcel will be packaged ready to collect by delivery courier. The courier will deliver to your address as captured in your profile.

Yes, when you buy online from our website it is mandatory to register with your username and email so that you can login at the website to view all your orders and receive a invoice on purchase delivered to your email.

Our return policy lasts 15 days excluding weekends.
